RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
At Compton Country Club Initiative, most items are made to order or produced in limited quantities. Because of that, all sales are generally final.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@comptonccin.org with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Buyer’s remorse
- Normal wear and tear
- Orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout
If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect shipping address, the customer may be responsible for any reshipping costs.
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time.
